Armory of the savirs

I've found this rather odd place with switches called "armory of the savirs" and don't really know the purpose of it. Please help

Yes I think I need to hit all the buttons but I can't find the last few or so

I need help in the Armory of the Savirs I can't go through the door in the middle It says"You are low level" what level do I need to be please reply

Now what level do I need to be to enter the building taken over by savirs in giants thumb
